Worst emotions set it; a young life at stake; hearts about to burst...

Burst into a cry of hurtful words and spiteful phrases...

Phrases leading to drastic actions; demons now give me their cold gazes...

Gazes at the knife; she now has thoughts of ending this desolation...

Desolation: The after-effect of my words; my hateful longed sensation...

Sensation for revenge; my heart now torn from her fast choice...

Choice: A path of two way leading to an unhappy party and an angry voice...

Voice my words to her in an attempt to take back what I've said...

Said the worst I did; I'm feeling guilt for being her reason dead...

Dead was the feeling rushing through my body as it stiffened cold...

Cold hands, shaky fingers; letting go of faith I'd hoped to hold...

Hold me; let me know I'm here; animate on this lonely bed...

Bed: My only safe-ground from knowing I carved her death; turned her wrists to red...

Red blood stained the carpet; cries were heard as her body hit the floor...

Floor, chair, pillow all stained in blood; a crimson handprint left on the door...

Door way leading to a scene of suicide; breath brought to halt...

"Halt, I've chosen him not you" she said, she's dead; it's all my fault... Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
