[hometext] => I am African-American, so this poem is a very short history of African Americans. Kinda. It's Really hard to explain. So please give me comments i love constructive critisism.
[bodytext] => I see them standing in the fields, bent over with their hands to their faces. They scream for justice, righteousness, and humanity. I see them searching for a way to reach their goal. I see them marching, marching for a better life to live. They shout what is just, right, and humane. I see them searching for a way to reach their goal. I see them laugh and smile, looking from one face to another. THe rejoice, proud of what they have accomplished so far. I see them searching for a way to reach their goal. Now, when they thought that all the hard things were over and through, I see them destroying the lives that their families not so long ago established. I see them not care that the goal they have been searching for, seems to get a bit farther every day.
