Standing on the ledge
One breath can send me
Send me over the edge
I'm so tired
Tired of hanging on
I just wanna let go
Let go and be gone
A better place I seek to see
An angel of mercy to set me free
Maybe I'm weak
Maybe I'm broken
With these words I speak
And those left unspoken
Hanging in suspension
No love, no aggression
No soul, no control
This pain inside has swallowed me whole
In my dark lonely place
Tracing the tears that stream down my face
I've done all that I can
Now all that's left is the devils plan
A sinful exit from this suffering and strife
A simple way to end this life
This is my tragic day
Using my last breath...
To blow myself away.

Seems your feeling a bit blue but for god sakes dont blow yourself away, not the answer.... Lots of living to do out there.

Emotions seem to be running strong everywhere these days. Wishing you a happier ending

I am finally fed up with the thought that someone would take their own life because love did not turn out okay. Get a grip...there are millions of people out there for you to love.
If you think one bad love experience is worth your life.....think again. If after 20 failed relationships...you don't succeed...I guess you can say bye bye....til then stand strong and give life a chance.
I'm not dismissing the fact you are in pain but love is repeatable. What you feel now you can feel again...and hey...if it works...glory be...love exists beyond just one experience.
If this is fictional...ignore me...if you feel this way....listen.
A powerful write which calls for save me.

I really like this poem too. It's raw emotion, and genuine raw emotion on paper is a sign of fearlessness. Thats admirable.

wow this is so tragically sad.. but very heart felt . I agree with shellz dont' blow yourself away.. this is a very emotional piece but very well done. hang in there.. there is always hope
