Break those chains, rapped around your heart. When all ells fade but your loneliness… faces on your bedroom wall, you’ll only have silence… silence, to call your own. Shadows… dark empty spaces, like monsters in the night, watching over you whilst you sleep. Shadows can’t keep you warm; or wipe your tears when you weep. Nobody said it would be easy… You can not rap arms around the stillness of the night. Moments take forever… and dreams of someday; light-years away… In an empty moment; love lost its place. The thin line between love and hate … when fear and fate collide. Within your disposable fears, the answers you seek … a beautiful soul the truths you speak. When the walls come tumbling down, your dreams turn to dust… who will mend that broken heart? You can not rap arms around the stillness of the night. When you close your eyes, what do you see … Is there anything … anything at all? In an empty moment, love lost its place. A heart ones whole… bends then it breaks. A wounded soul; shifts then it shakes … The thin line between love and hate … when fear and fate collide.
