It defines my soul.
Yet I never get angry.
To the extremes i have done.

But I’ve had it with the *****ing,
And the irrational *****s.
I’ve had it with the pettiness.
With the images of base ball bats.

I’ve had it with the frustration.
And the pressure that WASN’T needed.
I’ve had it with the lies,
And the daily feeling of being wasted.

I’ve had it with how they blame me.
For all the times i cut instead of killing myself!
and how so many STILL betray me,
when it’s clear I’m feeling down.

I know i don’t always show my pain.
And i know you’ll never stop pressuring me to be better than i am.
I know no one knows whats really wrong with me.
You just say you all do; and say you do give a damn...

I learned the definition of anger because I really wanted to understand MY FEELINGS....what I learned about anger made sense.
Anger is-not getting your own way!Period.
So now I ask myself when I am angry...What is not going my way and what can I do to change it instead of just feeling angry?
Sometimes it means telling people that you feel powerless when they take away your choices.....or many other things. Yet if begins by talking about the feelings and not just keeping them locked inside.
That being said......A super write that questions one about our angry moments.
