To fall downwards the problem, goes beside

Arms pushed outwards to slow your slide

Hope speaks softly in your ear
“ Don’t worry this is nothing to fear”

But gravity speaks louder so you’ll understand

As your nails crack like mica, under the force of your hands

Tension builds within your stomach

God goes silent, at the true summit

An while pondering the advantages of letting go

All decisions come slow

Desperation is now what you’ve become, flooding all that your minds overcome

Raising your arms you begin to stutter
“ I’ll thank myself for all I’ve done,
forgive for all sinful fun,
an pardon with the sun dried grief deep within myself “

Looking upwards at the sky for the very last time

You laugh in disbelief of what you’ve overcome
