[bodytext] => She laid there
Trembling and distraught
She was scared
From the world that she got
Everyone else seemed to have great lives
Except for this one little girl
Everyone else was happy and friendly
While she was stuck in a horror-filled whirl
She tried to get out but was suffocating
Waiting for someone to let her go
She was flailing and then gave up on her life
She was now at an all time low
She did things that she didn’t think about
Didn’t know she would later regret
She did things that ruined her childhood
Her parents didn’t know her life was now a threat
She didn’t overcome her feelings
She didn’t try to get out of that mess
She stayed there, stricken, on the floor
As her breathing grew less and less
She blamed her conscience for not being there
He parents for not showing her the way
She blamed everyone she could think of
But now it was her debt to pay
Her life was coming to an end
But as most believers will tell
She prayed for the soul she lost long ago
And to her kneels she fell
She became a whole-hearted believer
With the last minute of her life
She knew her debts were forgiven
And she now walks in the light
She past away a few months after
But her story lived on through and through
Sometimes you can still hear her laughter
For her ghost is still near, protecting you
For don’t let your life become lost
And don’t forget who put you here
He gave his whole life for you
So why not try to be that sincere
That’s the least we can do for our father
The dad that is always there
If we devote our lives to him forever
Then forever will be more than our years.
