Array ( [sid] => 138141 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => One Day [time] => 2007-10-30 18:36:09 [hometext] => when everything does not work to mend your heart,i hope my words does.... [bodytext] => I am feeling cold
As I let myself drenched in the rain
As I let the rain wash away
Wash away my thoughts on you
Wash away my feelings for you
I thought I was strong enough
Strong enough to put up a brave front
Strong enough to smile behind my wall of tears
I was wrong, totally
Tears just welled up in my eyes
With just a thought of you in my mind
I hate myself for being so weak
I hate myself for falling this hard
There is no cure yet to my broken heart
Closing my eyes
I let the wind carry my sadness somewhere
I let the rain wash away my tears
One day my heart will heal
Slowly but surely
One day you will be just a memory
Painful but memorable
One day

Oh gosh, hun. This was DAMN painful to read. How tortured, the
heart when memories flood. You wind up drenched in a sea of
misery. I feel you in this poem. Really feel you. I love how
raw and real and emotive it is. There are some exceptional lines
in this, but mostly what I love is that you wrote from the weakness in
your heart. And that, my friend, is beautiful. Don't ever change it. =)

*hugs and hopes*
