Like tiny waves lapping at the shore
So go the precious seconds of our lives
Never ending
A pendulum in our souls
Counts the perspective of the universe
Never ending
Please stop it counts too fast
Our lives are much too short
Never ending
For our spirit goes on forever
In the minds of our loved ones and friends
Never ending
