haze of the morning strikes the stained window pain
holding restless passion thats flowing in my river of stone
remember legends still whisper of our encounters
gods still shake from our touch
this empty world this prison these shackles dragging seven years

behind empty smiles i have called you in dreams
still moments fingers clinched
spilling the dust it flows across my written words
my love to hold you to kill me
your face your voice even in spite
love just fade and flow threw this barren space

My noose has many knots not all because of you
that fractured spirit that flows within me
knows all the truth
sit and scorn the streets may them all lose faith
destiny has a way of slapping at our face
believe me my love i do understand its better this way
empty shells waiting for trail
a spirit that flies away

Now do you believe me
the sun shines love and the moon will flow and be done
do you believe me as they wave their flags
it as you painted so long ago my love
our script has been read as on cue
canceled like our flight
you the dove me another rock
hold me now my as you said you would
take us away
so they can finally crack the sky
let me lay in fire and watch the stars tonight
give me the memory of my youth
so a grand dance thank you for the ride

I did enjoy that one. The style and flow. Reminds me of someone else. Very good.
