Sometimes I am selfish
Consumed in all my misery
Oblivious to my surroundings
So sad and depressed
I have neglected you
Built a world of my own
As you sit all alone
Waiting for the real me
To return....
Say nothing to me
Cuz I won't listen
You cannot call me
Cuz I won't answer
And if you hug me
I will push you away
And as you sit
Day by day wondering
Where is the me you know
My feelings of hurt grow
I am stuck..no-where
As you sit all alone
Waiting for the real me
To return...
I want to talk to you
But I can't
I want to touch you
But I can't
I want to feel better
But I can't
So I wait...and I wait..
As you sit all alone
Waiting for the real me
To return
