My thoughts are of darkness,
I live to die, my life is hopeless,

The blakness of ones heart,
Rips and tears my soul apart,
My hands are cold,

Kane,
Now that I am not delirious, I will leave comments that do your work justice. This work is lovely. I know it is rare to use that word in describing dark poetry, but your emotions are shown so well. Here it is the correct term.
My friend, we tend to stick to what is familiar. For you it seems to be a dark world of pain that resides in your head. My heart wishes for peace to become a dominant feeling in your world. Until this is achieved, continue telling us of your dark world, for it is a privelege to be your visitor.
