We have waited and longed
For you to turn up
We have been lucky one
had time to prepare
Time to see what changes that appear
We have chosen to take you here
Away from your home,
Away for the only people you know
We hope that youll forgive us
When the day are here
And see that we have done it
Because we care
We have longed to see feel and see you
Since before you were born
And we hope that you
Will love us like we love you
Cause even if we dont look the same
You will always be our child
