Mirror, mirror on the wall
Why from grace did I fall?
Why did no one save me?
Was this just my destiny?

Mirror, mirror into which I look
How do I repent for the life I took?
How can I prove it was not planned?
Into the water, not the rocks, he was to land

Mirror, mirror through which I stare
Why do the authorities think I do not care?
Could it be the cold look upon my face?
As they rush to judge me, like they are in a race

Mirror, mirror with that is now clear
I’m searching hard, but see no one here
Does this mean I am doomed to death?
Have I already taken my last breath?

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Will anyone looking recall?
The good man I used to be?
The caring for people inside of me

Mirror, mirror that has fallen to the floor
My name is not even whispered anymore
A ghost that has passed from this place
I have vanished without a trace

Interesting concept. When we look into the mirror, we rarely see
the same person each time, methinks. But you have taken that to
a whole different level. Quite imaginative, my friend. There is a
destiny of despair within these words that grips with cold fingers. Great
job.
