Thoughts tipping over themselves but refusing to turn themselves lose.
To flow freely like water a ripple effect, instead the water has been dammed.
Backing up and causing a whirlpool of tossed thoughts to and fro.

Let it out, wish I could place it where it all needs to be.
Freely landing where each thought decides to go
no thought of where or when or if, should haves forever lost.
Clear and free like a river wild running to a sea that desires all of it untainted.

Spilling over and undaunted, creating masterful thoughts to ponder.
Instead it is in a mixed up battered state in need of a large transfusion,
A transfusion of life giving clarity, freedom from the art of confusion.
Able to just let it out, let it land and be just what it should be. Haven't we all felt like this at some point!! You have written about it so eloquently.... However, this poem proves that you have let it out and in no way are your thoughts jumbled!! Great write....
Hugs
Jenni

I see exactly where you are coming from here.
Fortunately the words to describe how your thoughts were are flowing, only the thoughts themselves hit the impenetrable dam.

Oh Michelle. This is exactly how I feel at this very moment. Tonight, there is no clarity for me.
Life can be such a trying space at times. There are far too many doors and windows and curtains to
choose from. Sometimes you accidentally open them all at once and everything just floods you, until
you can't even breathe.

Shoot. You have such an ability to capture the innermost sensitivities of human existence. And when you
write it, your reader feels it. Brilliant word choices.

This ... this is immense, hun.

*hugs*

~Breezy

Such a great write. Sometimes the storms in our head are the most dangerous. They have to be turned loose to protect us.

The hidden turmoil in us all, the killer of dreams and maker of fools, this is beautiful
shel, you've done it again and safe to say,
never disapointing . . .

((((Michelle))))
