He say all the right things
He does whatever he can
But what does he bring?

Callow girl, look a little closer
Why aren't you more suspicious?
Why would he have chose her?
He hides his desire to be malicious
Lies and deceit are all he visits
Upon the women whom he sits with
Poison spreads from his mouth
In the form of the words he spits out

His voice fills your ears
As he tells you
all that you want to hear
What does he ask you to do?

You give in and satisfy him
As he fills your life with sin
And just as you begin
To believe he's all you want
He decides that he's done
And leaves you with what?
Torn desires, broken dreams
A Loss of innocence
And a wish to scream. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 254 [topic] => 48 [informant] => Thirten [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

I too hope you never become this type of person. Stand true and honest. That is the best way to be.

Good write.

I agree with Deadwriter, and this was a good write.
