The pain sinks in, occupies me
Can’t take it anymore
Visions getting darker, I can’t see
Breathing becomes a chore

Oh mother, I tried to recover
But the mountain would not go away
Oh Mother, Oh mother
I need to go, I need to fly

Blue lips, the ice cold kiss
Tasting the burial soil
My shell torn, I won’t miss
Escape this mortal coil

This world fades to black
I’m too scared but there’s no turning back
I cry, I sigh, I close my eyes and die

Lying here on the bathroom floor
Wrists a pretty state
Made sure I locked the door
Loneliness is my fate

The pain sinks in, occupies me
Can’t take it anymore

wow adrian...i totally put a beat to the lyrics...its a beautifully written piece of work, but its scary....cuz i feel like that sometimes... good write...great lyrics...
