[bodytext] => i watched you fall down on your knees..asking me to save you..your crying out in pain..if i could go back in time..this would be the one mistake I'd erase..here we go..all my life people calling me out people telling me my name my pain my memories what to do what to say i didn't know if i could make it so i ran away left you in the dark no hand to hold no one to cry on..i pulled myself away..while you asked for help..i walked away..you are the one..your the one i needed so long ago..yet i need you now..i had you in a dream..maybe just a fantasy..maybe im asking for help..maybe im throwing you away..hard to tell these days..hard to tell why i have tearstreaks on my face..maybe it's becuase of the mistake i want to erase..though i know i cant erase this mistake i made..maybe someday I'll meet another you..and i wont mess up..maybe someday..ill love someone like i did you..i hope so..maybe they can erase my pain..erase my memories..the feelings i lost..a family that needs me like you said you did..someday perhaps i can erase any guilt i hold inside of me..someday..hopefully..I'll be able to say..i love you one more time..and mean it.. Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
