Array ( [sid] => 143755 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => The Path [time] => 2008-07-08 00:13:25 [hometext] => I havent written anything for a long time, then I was inspired by a poet from this site, to look at my life and be greatfull for what I have, so I wrote this about the only person Ive ever cared about, my part time lover and full time friend, Keith [bodytext] => Soft raven hair and deep dark eyes.
The hands that hold my heart.
The smile that brightens up my day,
and sets him apart from the world.

I hold him,
touch him,
Kiss him.
My soul is free
within him.

I Feel nothing but love,
flowing freely between us.
Sweet satryasis.
The path of life
opens up before us.

My wildest dreams could not imagine,
a kinder soul than he.
As life moves on I make a vow,
that together we will always be.
Forever in love,
by the sea.

You have a beautiful and heartfelt piece here.
And I have to agree that all of the best poetry comes from the heart. Once again beautiful piece.
