When your world is falling
Down around your feet
When there is nothing left around you
But blood, bodies, and dirt
When your country tells you to stand strong
But all you want to do is go home
When you rather be holding your mamas hand
Rather than a cold metal gun
When all you hear is noise and screams
And you rather hear Amazing Grace
When all you want to do is sleep in your own bed
And you never sleep, always awake in your cammies
When your world is falling down around your feet
Even real men cry.

An extremely powerful write.... I could envision the entire situation... and my heart bleeds for those brave men...and yes, real men DO cry....
