Something goes wrong again

I wake up
and
I'm sitting in a day room
everything is moving in slow motion
the medication makes me feel like I'm on a trip
the tv's on
but no one's watching it.
I watch the nurses
as they come and go
thier uniforms crack
and all the faces become a blur,
the radio's playing a song
and some the residents try to sing along.
Voices start whispering
there is something I am needing
I call out to the staff
hello hello
but no one is listening.
I think there is something wrong
strange things keep happening
CRASH BOOM
now I am making a racket
so hard to move
in this strait jacket,
the attendants are here
now I'm being restrained
strangely I feel relieved
I think I like pain.

| Cool poem. I really like it. It brought me to "A Clockwork Orange", the book not the film. The medication, the jacket, I like it. |
