I fight with bubble gum words telling me that nothing sticks like the glue between me and you
Looking around in this dizzy blonde shade of nothing physics calling asking me who's fortune will they steal next
Presidents knocking on my backdoor wondering why they have never come here before
My parties out front I say between the golden arches and the twisted rainbows spewing copper rust
The music runs like minds off splattered walls all getting messy around here around here
I look to the dead who are hitting on my love there cold fingers trying to hold her heart
In the corner is my brother sharing tales with fallen idols to faded to make the scene
The house is rocking like the bed where my mother stayed
While my father is in the back trying smack for the first time with a plumber named Joe
The guests start to pour like the rum and the juice everyone is getting loose
The floor is not on fire I tell the man in the dress he will be the one who will clean up this mess
Out in the yard my sisters play with yarn knitting close for the naked man across the street
I will not let him in with nothing on his feet
I see old celebrities snorting coke from tall glasses all making fools when someone else passes
The party is here it will be going out like the sun nothing to do but folly and fun
Beach balls and oil slicked birds hang from the roof all singing my merry go round
All things messed up in my little town

What a great poem. I love it! You write well, and though this poem is random dreamlike nonsense, I truly enjoy it and the imagery within. "Dizzy blonde shade of nothing physics" : Great line. Good work.
