I hear the demons moaning my name
They feed off of my anger, pain, and lust,
they drink my tears and my soul they reclaim
My thoughts torture and tear at my skull,
leaving me dazed and numb
I decieve and manipulate myself,
lie after lie I deny what I've become
I taught myself not to feel,
when you took a few steps back
And the nightlight that you were in my dark room,
you went out suddenly leaving it pitch-black
I hate the thought of you, your face burns my eyes,
I hate you more than anything,
I hate that I believed your lies

I wish I could take you to the edge of mind,
push you into the darkness and grin
Let the demons tear your flesh,
let them feed off your sin
Let them drink your blood and tears,
let them claim your soul
Let your thoughts torture you,
let the the darkness swallow you whole
Lie to again and again to yourself,
believe it isn't true
Believe that my hurt, my pain, like yours, isn't real,
believe the person resposible for this isn't really you

At first I thought this would be about the usual rambling on about hate, but then I see the indescribable pain that has been inflicted... well, to me it's more than just hatred. It feels as if there is almost sadness and regret... no... pity for the person who is being hated for their actions... or thoughts. Good write.

I also sensed a deep pain and hurt behind the anger within this verse. Emotive write .

That was fabulous. Simply beautiful. I can really feel the emotion. You have a lot of passion in there. Great job :)
