Scrape-faced farmer,
Clothes constricting,
Fingers turning
Hat in hand,
Mumbles pious,
Eyed fixed upwards,
Shuffles hobnails
As he stands.
Haughty squire,
Fine clothes shaping,
Jewelled fingers,
Seated best,
Voices loudly,
Eyes fixed gimlet
On the people
He detests.
