I Stand Strong

This is so unlike me
I am guarded, I am strong
So why do I tremble
When our bodies melt into one
Your touch is intoxicating
Your love fills my heart
This is why it hurts so much
When were apart
I long for your smile, while your gone
Until you return, I wont move on
Without your laughter
Life is empty
And joy, there is none
But you tell me our Love is endless
And your commitment stands strong
Dedicated and passionate
I will wait for your return
Until that day, my Love
I stand firm
Always, I am guarded
Forever, I stand strong
