All I see is your so called love and devotion
To a mother that worked days and nights
And two children in the middle of fights

I see the beatings you gave with no remorse
You sharing your opinions by mere force
Cheating away
Innocent pray

I see your eyes, bloodshot by Mary J
You walking out – too spineless to stay
Sound of lies
All hope dies

I see the blood, her head on the floor
You mockingly asking if she wanted more
Gun in my hand
Eyes filled with sand

I see me running to get away from it all
And the pain when you caused me to fall
You should go
Reap what you sow

I see me telling you to stay out of my life
Felt like someone was removing a knife
Now, after a few years, you feel you may return
I warn you, stay away – or I’ll make you burn!

Interesting, your protecting your own from their father...atleast that's what I get from this
I find it amazing that the people who hold the guns in life real guns or metaporical can control everything so long as they are willing to pull the trigger but they have to worry for when they run out of ammo

great poem
hope to read more soon
