when you fall out of sight
and out of mind
you know you've found peace
or a piece of sanity maybe
or maybe not
maybe you lost it
maybe you gained none
so many maybes
can we ever be sure?
sure of what sure of the shore?
the light house of the shore sure it's there guiding our way
the way through the way around the way
on our path to eternity
we walk hand to hand
kisses so sweet
from you lips of rose petals
and touches of snow and roses on me
your eyes on my like two blue seas
digging into me seeing the real me
you know me and it's frightening
but you love me for who I am
I guess that makes you a real man
