Note to self: I’m losing strength.
I’m losing the will to break this link.
I’m losing the heartlessness that I had.
I’m losing this game, and I’m losing bad.

Note to self: I missed you again.
I missed your touch, and wondered where you’ve been.
I missed the way your laugh made my heart melt.
I missed the way we both felt.

Note to self: I never really let you go.
I never stopped loving you, just drifted away real slow.
I never even tried to get over you,
I never wanted us to be through.

Note to self: I officially lost.
I officially love you at any cost.
I officially can say you own my heart,
I officially give in, I want a fresh start.

Note to self: you are my only one.
You are the one that keeps me from coming undone.
You are my life, my world, my love.
You are my angel sent from above.
