Time when I was born,
Happy was my mom.

But rather than her,
Was my GRANDMOTHER!

As if she on earth,
Had given me birth.

Tender was my care,
She all time was there.

Babe, then boy, then man,
Fast my clock hand ran.

Never let me cry,
Utmost she would try.

Plenty food and fun,
I said and was done.

I grew young she old,
My hand she would hold.

Now she said often,
Had to set each sun!

I said say not that,
Your sun will not set!

I requested her,
If I could hide her.

Until came that day,
Heavens she made way!

Far alone away,
There in peace to stay.

Lonely now I cry,
Tears say her Goodbye!

No more her lips say,
Which blessed me all day.

But at every night,
Changes all the sight.

As in bed I lie,
SHE LULLS ME LULLABY!

Time when I was born,
