[title] => The Working Boy
[time] => 2009-09-24 08:45:28
[hometext] => I'm not sure if this belongs in this 'topic' area but it seems to fit the best. This is a controversial poem from the point of view of a 'working boy' in the red light district. Criticisms are welcome.
[bodytext] => Some call it lurking, while in fact I am working, Working under these red lights. Constantly learning, to satisfy their yearnings, Yearnings for elicit fun every night. And forever trying, to keep myself from crying, Crying from the scars of one-sided fights. Some I know by name, and I offer them “The Same”, Same way to serve them that night. They are hard to trust, but they remind me I must, Must do as they say to see tomorrow’s light.
