Unemployed, your of no use to society some may say...
That mornin’ walk, seeing all that activity.
School kids on their way.
Workers in grid lock.
You walk on feeling like a body in the middle of human cattle.

Eat, *****, procreate!!!
Eat, *****, procreate!!!
Eat, *****, procreate!!!
Don’t forget your concession card boy, the bus is expensive otherwise.

Don’t let em make you feel useless!!!
You find some identity and interests!!!
You keep your passion and anger growing boy!!!
Don’t crumble into nothingness..................

I felt the pain and frustration in this poem.
It is something I can relate to as both my husband and I are without a job and have been since the first week of March.

It is frustrating and it is happening to lots of people. Nine of our closet friends have one member per household who has infact lost their job. We are living in the one of the top two rated states in the US for unemployment right now. I would say hang in there but ya know, I even have got sick of hearing that phrase LOL.

I wish you luck on finding a new job!

Michelle

Society has a unique way of making people feel like outcasts for so many different reasons, unemployment being just one.
Just hold onto your pride and remember............anything is possible
Good luck

Steve

I feel you bro, Great job. Thanks for letting people in on some of the personal hardships that are facing us right now, so that the ones that can feel compassion, do. Best of luck.
