The quest to unite a country that has never been stable.
War
One life is never worth the price.
War
Millions are used but nothing is ever gained.
War
Mothers and children waiting to see if the fathers comes home.
Fathers and children only wanting there mother to be by their side.

To stand up and fight for something most do not believe in,
Following the works of the leaders while blocking the pain of the people.
To blindly give your life so the pride of a country stays strong.
Fight for rights of your fellow man, while the rest starve with lack of basic human needs.

Our leaders tell us one thing, to gain our trust.
Promising things that they never seem to hold.
Watching as our family dies, so they can pretend that they care.
Promising a better tomorrow, while staining the ground of today.

Should we follow blindly and let our children pave the future with their own blood.
When our ancestors were united in causes to try to make change.
The idea of peace now just old lyrics in a 1960's song.
Now our battle cry is for profit, and the fashions that we wear.
We are categorized, labeled and put on the shelf.
Selling our future to the highest bidder.
Walking mechanics in drool repetitive movements.
Faces painted with smiles, dragging our hearts on the ground.

Are we nothing more then yes men.
Is our legacy going to be sheep following bad shepherds.
Do we have a chance to change the coarse?
I can see the fall, how about you.
