A Simple Mistake

To many raindrops fall
On the fire that sparks my room with light
The moon reveals to much sight around it all
As the fire goes out in the dead of night
Why is it people walk on
Knowing they will be lost in this wrong turn
Nothing is pretty about these walls
Their is no beauty in these halls
It's all a trick in the mind to help to learn it all
But falling in and out doesn't help to much
It's to simple to understand all at once
When the crown of a king is lifted up
And set to high not to be touched
It's so hard to see while it's hard to take
All thats left of this burning fire is only a mistake

You have proved your point, which is a very moral truth. Mistakes can lead to many things in life which we regret. However, there's always room for forgiveness, in my opinion. Take care,
