the glove i seek comfort me take my
hand warm my heart cleanse my soul

impossibly torturous. An open mind, an open heart and all can be ours. Living in the moment brings a freedom that cannot be felt pining for the past or longing for the future. Though by virtue of experience, I know it is a very difficult task.
