Alone we walk the dark and cold,
Always doing what we're told.
We never know quite why this is,
But still we go through life as is.
But we must start to comprehend,
That we can join our hands and mend.
So come with me and we'll be free,
And life, again, we will see,
For we will be here many years
To dry each others silent tears.
