Maybe, I've never told you
Those little things I should've told,
Neglecting you as I've got no time
Maybe, I should've said I'm sorry
For you never know that sweet love
I was able to give you, honey.

But I can tell you anyway,
That you were always on my mind,
When you were miles away,
And I was not by your side.

Even if I've never told you that.

I know I was always too busy
To show you that I care, love,
Or just to answer on the phone,
When I was doing my music things.
Maybe you thought, I was putting
My favorite deal right above you
And you weren't too far from truth
But anyway I couldn't stop thinking of you.

But I can tell you anyway,

When you were miles away,
And I was not by your side.

Even if I've never told you that.

I realize that I've missed the moment
To say so much I should've said and done,
So you got warmed in other girl's arms,
And I've got only myself to blame
But I wish you both all the best
Hope, she'll love you better that I did.

This is sad. Makes my heart hurt that people have feelings for another...and just let them fall away. Even If you don't pursue it....you should at least express it. Really lovely poem.
