Array ( [sid] => 1571 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => United Again [time] => 2002-08-01 21:21:55 [hometext] => This poem is dedicated to a little boy taken to soon. A father to follow a few months later, and the many left to mourn. Rest in peace my friend. [bodytext] => Together once again, its now just you and me,
You couldn't be alone right now, God wouldn't let that be,
So now unlike before I can consol your crying eyes,
I know this hurts so many, see their pain, I hear their cries,
Please trust that's it's o.k that I'm no longer here,
I was taken so my little boy no longer had to fear,
I know that it's so sad that I had to go away,
Just remember always, there was a reason I couldn't stay,
My son was all alone, taken far away from me,
It wasn't really fair, he never got to three,
For now you'll cry in sorrow, wishing I was there,
I know sometimes in life, shots called aren't always fair,
I also felt that feeling once, it made me oh so sad,
He shouldn't be alone right now, enough time we never had,
So in this time of sadness, always remember this,
We watch you now from up above, and you we'll always miss,
We'll never be to far away, your voice we'll always hear,
Think that he's alone no more, the next time you shed a tear,
So until we all unite, we'll be watching as you grow,
Be strong, now help eachother, you'll make it this I know.
