Evil Before You

Looking in the window, Surprised at what I see, You have some pills, And look extremely unhappy.
The bottle next to you, Seems to call your name, I want to scream, No! Dying is not a game.
I watch you twist the cap, You hesitate for just a sec, Swallowing those pills, Wont make you less of a wreck.
The liquor warms your throat, The pills slide down too, I wish to God you would think, Your lips are turning blue.
A tear falls from your eye, The bottle from your hands, The empty thunk, From which where it lands.
I watch you crumple over, This window wont let me in, I watch as you die before me, I watch as you sin.
