Don't you cry forever
The pain won't last too long
Don't you cry forever
I know we cannot right this wrong
But with every passing day
You feel better
As the hurt you felt drifts away
Don't you cry forever
The memories will last with you
Don't you cry forever
There's so many stories you can share
Don't you cry forever
You're not the only one living this nightmare
And when you stand alone
Facing reality
You could have done nothing, even if you had known
Don't you cry forever
There's little now you can do
All the ifs, the buts, the maybes
All the questions of 'Why'
So don't lose faith in the God above you
He's looking down from the sky
Don't you cry forever
The future's bright, I'm sure
Don't you cry forever
I know you've never been here before
Your heart must not bleed
You must listen
Because you have all the friends you could need
Don't you cry forever
Because we're all crying too
