i see your steps
invisible footprints left
in my time of need
if i know that you were there
at this point and space in time
i feel the haunt you left
your eyes fixed on signs
or buildings shape and form
that now i gaze upon, and i become you
just to catch a scent of air
of perfume that you wear
hits me like an arrow, then ripped out again
i synchronise our breaths
so that when im gone
im part of when you breath
i let your tears dry on my skin
hoping it absorbs
i know you do the same
