Im not the type to beg and plead.
But please oh please come back to me.
Without you here, I am a wreck.
There are few tears that go unshed.
And when all tears fall from my eyes,
Ill know its time to say goodbye.
Thats why I try to hold them back.
Cause Im afraid to lose the past.
The past was filled with hate and blood.
But hate was overruled by love.
The love you gave made me survive.
And youre the reason Im alive.
A love so strong it conquered hate.
I only hope Im not to late.
I need to see your deep brown eyes.
I need you here, rite by my side.
Im sorry that Im torn and weak.
Im sorry I could not come clean.
Its been my weakness all my life.
I can not voice whats deep inside.
Ill fight with all I know and have,
To find a way to get you back.
Its time I take the dangerous leap.
To tell you things Ive hidden deep.
And even if Im met with grieve.
Ill know I set my feelings free.

A good effort.
This was an example of how effectively poetry can be used to convey feelings.

it's not always good to bottle things up, there comes a point when it's just too much. I can relate to your struggle. this is indeed full of heavy untold emotion, and it flowed so wonderfully at the same time. keep writing, hope to read more...
