She floats as elegantly as a butterfly across a summer meadow;
Her grace and movement as beautiful as a humming bird,
Poised, effortlessly extracting nourishment from a flower.
Would that I could summon the courage to approach her,
Tell her in language as appropriate and expressive as she deserves
Just what she means to me, how my heart aches just to glimpse her shadow.
Unapproachable and unattainable, yet wondrous and sublime.
One day, perhaps, that day may come, but for now,
I am content to view from afar and meet her in my dreams.

Unattainable

Oh Nigmart this is a beauteous sensitive poem. Gave me goose bumps to the bone!
No one should ever be unattainable to you.
Everyone of us are battling some battle, and I know you could help this person through.
Forget about courageous...........just do it.
I'll bet you'll never be sorry you did either.
Approach with this in mind.........."I've come to
help you and to be kind!"
They will feel that in your heart, and before you know it...........a friend forever......you'll n'er depart
I loved your poem...........your feelings are so alive, and alluring...........please keep them that way, and just keep on enduring.

This. Is. Stunning.

So much beautiful imagery and emotion of thought in
this, that the piece almost drives itself. This is so soft
and delicate. Just a joy to read. :)
