Wow, I can relate to this so much. A guy did the same thing to me. I was always there for him, and than he abandoned me. I can totally feel the raw emotion in this poem. Really great job!!

dont be angry, be thankful that a tumor was successfully removed from your side. god (if you believe) has something or someone better waiting for you.
