I've been expecting this day for a while now,
But since it's here I don't know what to do.
It all screams your name and nothing's the same;
My whole world feels empty without you.
How do I make the tears stop falling and my heart stop calling for you?
How do I pick up the pieces and try to move on when all I want is to lie next to you? How do I make you come back to me?
How do I escape all the memories?

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. When my husband died, I kept myself really really busy to stay alive.
