Friends making, Doors Closing
Situations unclear, Questions brewing
Kids Growing, Mind renewing

Money Low, Bills to be paid
Tasks undone, Hours Fade
Job uncertain, frustrations come
No one to blame, No not one

Lessons learned, Lessons taught
Though it leaves me quite distraught
Desires inside, time must wait
Question now, what is fate?

Racing heart, raging storm
Not because anything’s wrong
Just the wheels that are turning
From the questions that are burning

Excited, Expecting something new
No Not Certain what to do
Its time again, and I must wait
Though to wait is what I hate

In the end, it will subside
And the questions will decide
Decide the answers I want to know
Though Confused, Does it show

Mad Hatter, is that me…
Questions, answers, to what will be
Goodbye, Goodnight until next time
I put my thoughts into Rhyme

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
