I hold a skull in my hand
I beg for alms of devotion in your land
Stark nude I am, clad by the quarters
The black fire of dissolution blazes in my stomach
A mountain of fierce poison sleeps in my throat
Yet, an ocean of nectarine light dances in my heart .
My ornaments are the hissing serpents of cosmos
Ashes of countless galaxies are my cosmetics
And the lustrous heavens I adorn in my tresses
The luminous spheres of Sun and Moon
And the cosmic fire are my three eyes,
In my locks I wear a crescent moon
And a river of nectar to enliven the heaven.
I don’t have the traits of future, past and present
I don’t have a feather bed of felicity for my sleep
I don’t have a gold palace for my residence
Though, I walk on the peaks of Snow Mountains
I take rest in the burning ground of blazing pyres
Ghosts and goblins, terrible hosts of cosmic winds,
The lords of elements, all are my merciless servants.
Though, I am known as the lord of burning ground
Yet, I play the eternal music of the adorable Aum,
And I'm the sculptor of this marvelous universe.
My body consists of pure consciousness
The infinite bliss is my soul mate.
Can you guess who I am ?-
Without bonds or attachments
I am Siva, the Lord of the universe;
Out of my will and power of illusion,
I continue the creation with my dance.
In the mirror of my splendorous nature
I reflect my own self as individual souls
I play the role of all creatures in the world
I enjoy my own play within this universe;
Engrossed in my play of endless illusion
Fettered by the bonds and attachments
While creating a heaven in my heart
I became a man in this world!

You have this way of bringing peace, serenity and a sense of deep meditation to every poem I have ever read of yours. You also ignite my imagination, and, your words are wondrous in their entirety.

I LOVED the following stanza's and thought your talent for capturing the reader into the soul of your writing vortex to be amazing!

"My ornaments are the hissing serpents of cosmos
Ashes of countless galaxies are my cosmetics
And the lustrous heavens I adorn in my tresses"
