God painted us that sunset, and hung the moon and stars above, to show the darkness is
over, now give or receive true LOVE.

Do you know that when I am with you I am in the present moment and aware
of how you make my heart melt when you whisper how much you care?

Very well written. There's a good bit of imagery in it and I really like the descriptiveness that used for your feelings :)

That was so beautiful, It nearly brought tears to my eye's, I have that warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach right now like when you first meet that special person,I love this poem,I only hope one day I feel what you wrote. :..)..

I wish I could once again know the feeling of happiness to the point of feeling like beautiful things such as the sunset itself, were handmade for me. The imagery of that, a painted sunset, water colors and brushstrokes along the sky, as you sit beside your lover and hold each other, and soak it in. :)

What a truly perfect line....reminds me of Rumi. (That's high praise there, Irisbluie...Google him if you haven't heard of him...he's your cup of tea).

All these poems of love and passion...I hope it's one guy to have the gift of knowing you. If not, then there is one lucky mofo out there and he doesn't even know what's coming down the pike!
