I've been in a whole for a century

losing control in your hearts penetentary

sometimes I try and it comes off cliche

time flies when I die I wonder what they'll say

seems I have no time to make amends

with all the snakes and one night friends

I asked God if the angels will understand

I need a way out will they please take my hand?

see girl you used to be all that I had

seems you don't want me but I'm not mad

cant hope for tomorrow its only today

and when I die I wonder what they'll say

It's not often that a poem will strike a chord in my heart to the effect that I will actually get chills down my spine...
