for over 10,000 years we've sailed on the rim
guided by the ancestor stars
finding our treasures through thick and through thin
guided by the ancestor stars
with our charts and our maps through the thunderous din
guided by the ancestor stars
we looked for the day before time begins
for the fountain of youth on this eternal island
sailed over the ancient sea looking for me, looking for me
but instead i found you, i thought i was dead

who crossed the black holes in a sea of despair
from the tragedy of connections broken wihtout care
to the mass weaponizations of people everywhere
