Array ( [sid] => 165551 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Those Bloody Ducks [time] => 2011-03-30 04:33:30 [hometext] => Just a little story i would like to share with you. i have tried to do it as closely to a poem format as possible but it was a bit difficult,,hope you enjoy [bodytext] => I can tell you this story
Because I don't know you personally
Made such a fool of myself last night
Let me tell you what happened

My wife got a new phone
Since her old one is broken
She had to get a new ring tone
Her old one was Foreigner Hot Blooded
Since she still has to re- load
I said to her use the sound of the Duck kwacking

So last night I arrive home before her
Watch the last bit of the cricket
While she took off her working clothes
She put her phone next to the stove

Next minute I hear these Ducks kwacking
I jumped up
Don't tell me we have a Duck in the house
Checked the bar , checked the lounge
Nothing

Then I realized it's her phone ringing
Since we are so used to having ducks around
I never even thought it might be her phone

Red faced I told her my story
Her ring tone is now changed
To something more foreign [comments] => 1 [counter] => 168 [topic] => 7 [informant] => Dirkj [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )
